Peripheral Coarse Grains in 6061 Hot Forging Parts: Ring Compression Test

Ring compression test was used to investigate peripheral coarse grain caused by friction, temperature, and deformation during hot forging aluminum alloy parts with Taguchi method. No peripheral coarse grains were found though.
